Liverpool is fast becoming a hub of entrepreneurship and empowerment for women. This morning, the Zen Tea Lounge Foundation and WOTSO Liverpool officially cut the ribbon on a wonderful new initiative. The Liverpool Women's Circle is a space to connect, share stories and uplift each other in a warm, welcoming environment. The gatherings feature breathwork, dance and movement, as well as delicious food. Plus, it is a chance to enjoy free authentic Vietnamese coffee and drinks as a special treat from the supported employment program team at Zen Tea Lounge Foundation. Operating on the fourth Friday of every month at WOTSO Liverpool, which is located in the heart of our CBD, the initiative is an opportunity for participants to build a range of new skills and make new friends. We know that social connection is often the first step to a broader range of health and economic benefits, and I commend Amy Nguyen, the CEO of the Zen Tea Lounge Foundation, and her whole team for bringing this much-needed initiative to Liverpool.
